The team at JBS has extensive knowledge as it pertains to Ford cars and trucks. The team is also certified for working on diesel engines. They have the best diesel mechanics in the area. Their knowledge and diagnostic tools allow them to quickly find the root cause of the problem and are able to fix just about anything I’ve brought in for service and repairs which include a Ford F250 turbo diesel, an older Bronco that I have restored, and a vintage Mustang convertible. Their communication is a breeze with text messaging allowing you to see pictures and or videos showing you the problems they have detected. They also use their technology to quickly obtain your approval of estimates, it keeps you informed of their progress, and allows you to pay for the repairs before picking your vehicle up. I spend no time playing phone tag and spend much less time approving repairs and picking up my car when finished. That said, they are always available to thoroughly explain the issues with the vehicle and talk through any options around the repair. Their rates are fair, less than going to the dealership, and they always exceed my expectations. They are worth the drive to Simi Valley and are worth the wait during peak periods when they are busier than normal. I highly recommend JBS to anyone I know as they excel on any make and model out there today.
